At Calissy, all of our pieces are carefully checked prior to being dispatched to ensure that you receive your luxurious purchase in perfect condition. 

We sincerely hope that you love your Calissy items. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item you may do so only if it is requested within 14 days from delivery and is returned to our HQ in the same condition that you received them.

• Garments must be in their original condition still fitted with all our original tags, security ribbon and button pouches. 
• Garments must not have been worn or altered. 
• Garments must have NO marking or stains. 
• Garments must not smell of deodorant, perfume or washing powder. 

 Any Calissy items that do not meet the conditions listed above will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the customer. 

JEWELLERY AND HAIR ACCESSORIES 

Please note that pierced jewellery and hair accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. 

REQUEST A RETURN

To request an exchange or return please contact us via email at customerservice@calissy.uk with your full name, order number and reason for return.  

If you require an exchange please indicate your preferred size on the request form so we can work as fast as possible to get your items exchanged.

Please note: Returns are not free - we advise all customers to use a TRACKED delivery service and take note of any tracking numbers. Calissy is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. Items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Calissy HQ.

APPROVED RETURNS

Once your items have been received and inspected at Calissy HQ, we will process your refund to your original payment method. We will try our best to process your return as fast as possible, however during busy periods please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. Once processed you will be notified via email of the full details of your return. Please be aware that we have no control over your banks processing times which can vary.
